Step 1:
Log into your profile and click “View My Profile” at the top of your myspace home page.
Step 2:
Look at the address / url bar and copy the numbers after friendID=
Remember: All you need is the numbers, don’t copy the whole URL or the friendID= part. Your friend ID should look something like 12345678.
