Sixty Group’s labels are Energie (for men too!), Killah, and Miss Sixty… perhaps these are Italy’s best kept street fashion secrets…

But you don’t need to go to Milan to get ahold of it. They have stores in major cities around the world. I love to visit the Miss Sixty / Energie Boutique in San Francisco, California. Here’s a video from the store in Porto, Portugal:

If you can’t find a store near you on the Energie, Killah, or Miss Sixty web sites, then try the Energie online store and the Miss Sixty online store. If you know where to buy Killah in the United States and Canada (even if it’s online) please leave comments!

Miss Sixty’s creative director Wichy Hassan says that the 2008 Spring Summer collection is inspired by Andy Warhol and other 1970s pop art. He uses chiffon, silk, and other very light material to give an elegant texture to this pop art style, but contrasts these elegant materials with other more aggressive materials such as silver, leather, and transparent plastic.

Wichy Hassan describes the “Miss Sixty Woman” as a woman who loves to change and never stops changing, but at the same time sees the irony in fashion and doesn’t take it too seriously. She’s not limited by the labels, but loves to find an interesting piece. Not because of the label, but because the piece is interesting by itself.

Here’s a video of the Spring 2008 Miss Sixty runway show at New York Fashion Week:

And of course, Energie’s Spring / Summer 2008 Men’s collection:

Energie has great shoes and jeans. I have several pairs and they wear well together. Hautelook.com is having a sale on this line tomorrow and they have great deals. Everything is at least half off, so then you can buy twice as much!
